By accessing and using Snapshop's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so please review them frequently.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, you'll need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3. Subscription and Payments
Snapshop offers subscription-based services with different pricing tiers. Payment is charged at the beginning of your billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only provided in accordance with our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with notice provided at least 30 days in advance.
4. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the images you upload to our platform. By using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and store your images for the purpose of providing our services. The AI-generated images you create using our platform belong to you, and you are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our platform to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We prohibit the creation of deepfakes, explicit content, or any images that infringe on the rights of others. Snapshop reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Limitation of Liability
Snapshop provides its services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any damages resulting from the use of our platform.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.
8. Changes to Services
Snapshop may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when possible, but reserves the right to make changes without notice for security or other reasons.
9. Termination
Snapshop may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of England.
